foods Every dish is homemade. Going to a market
to gather fresh
Produce, Poultry, Meat & Seafood is very
important. ALL shellfish i.e. crabs, lobsters,
oysters, clams and mussels are purchased live and I
prepare them fresh. I take pride in myself
and will go to the Source to purchase fresh and bring that
freshness to your table. I will take the time to make
my presents known to
everyone

~ Where do I start? Antipasto ~ variety of meats, cheeses, olives,
artichokes, peppers & a whole bunch more. Variety of Pasta
dishes from Spaghetti w/Meatballs &
Italian Sausage ~ Lasagna Linguine w/Clams ~ Risotto ~
Polenta w/various sauces just to mention
a few. A nice bottle of Wine to enjoy with the
meal. Main courses ~ any Seafood, Meat & Poultry
cooked to perfection and enjoyed by all. The one side
dish sometimes not taken serious is the poor Vegetable
~ not just squash and carrots are to be cooked for
dinner. There
is so much to enjoy in vegetables you need to try everything
once. Don't forget to include a Salad
and remember enjoying the salad is keeping the dressing
simple. Last but not least a great cup of coffee
served with Dessert ~ Italian specialties is the only way to end
a
meal

in American do we have every country represented and the food
tells the stories of their home land. I will say that
growing up in an Italian family we always seem to enjoy tasting
other foods. BUT, the backyard BBQ's with every type of Meat,
Poultry, Seafood & Veggie was always an enjoyment.
Salads like Jello and those fruit layers were always
refreshing. Hot Dogs that popped when you took a bite and
Hamburgers with the works were always messy and good. Yet
there is nothing is like a Steak from the
BBQ w/mushrooms, baked Potato and a Salad
served with Wine, Beer or
Soda

Ham
Hocks, Greens, Jambalaya, Gumbo, Catfish, Potato Salad, Cole
Slaw, Macaroni & Cheese, Crawfish, Shrimp, Beans & Rice are
prepared with care. So much to enjoy and when a whole meal
in a pot is served in the middle of the table on newspaper, it
don't get much better. You need to try some Boiled
Peanuts (I know, but you just "gotta" try some). Cobblers
& Cakes and the list could go on & on so you need
to call

Mexican ~ Another Hot & Spicy to
Mild Homemade Salsa including the Chips could start
everything. A variety of Enchiladas, Burritos, served
with Chili Verde, Tacos, Rice, Beans and Salad.
What time is dinner? I will prepare Beef, Chicken,
Pork and Seafood to your liking. Mexican Food is
shared with family & friends and it too is prepared with
Love, as the Italians, Southerns and everyone else who has come
to America ~ we're all in one big Melting Pot when it comes to
food. Oh yeah, I don't make the tortillas, BUT they
are Homemade. Your
